Nope, they sure can’t.
They probably can, however, legally fire you. (Whether they actually would or not is another story. You’ll have to judge for yourself how important this is to them, and why.)

Well, I do know that when you work for a company, they can have you sign documents saying that you won’t have any other job that affects your ability to work to the best of your ability for them (i.e., not take a second job that affects you or your main job), so for that reason, it is possible. Can’t you put your internet business link in another spot? I would recommend using a different site for that. LinkedIn is very much business world related, and i know my company routinely searches it to make sure nothing bad against the company is posted.

that website can be designated in some other way. If you are reporting your employer but indicating their website as something else I think they have right to ask you to correct it.
